Baptist Emergency Hospital Claims Presenting Sponsor Spot at San Antonio Health and Wellness Expo

SAN ANTONIO – June 13, 2016 – Centered on supporting the community and keeping family, health and fitness at the forefront, Baptist Emergency Hospitals has once again been named the presenting sponsor for the San Antonio Health and Wellness Expo this summer.

The expo will be held Saturday, June 18 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and is slated to attract thousands of families from across the greater San Antonio area by bringing together a myriad of exhibits, activities and sessions to motivate consumers to make healthier living choices.

“We are pleased to be able to bring health care information to our community in a fun environment like this,” said Adolfo Carrasco, Regional CEO for Baptist Emergency Hospitals. “We encourage families to come out and meet some of our outstanding hospital staff at our booth.”

This is the third year BEH has participated in the expo, launched by local news affiliates FOX San Antonio, CW 35 and News 4 San Antonio. The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 900 E. Market St. in downtown San Antonio.
